A Window to the Campus #2: Home is Where the Heart Is

,

This installment in the “Window to the Campus” series takes us to some of the significant – architecturally, historically, and culturally – homes on the Weizmann campus.

The Weizmann House, home of Dr. Vera and Dr. Chaim Weizmann, is now a museum and considered one of Israel’s finest examples of Bauhaus architecture; the Weisgal House, built by Shirley and Mayer Weisgal, is often used for events and receptions; and the home of philanthropist Sir Isaac Wolfson, one of the Institute’s earliest supporters, is today reserved for high-profile visitors during their stay on campus.
